The name "Ruchi" means taste or flavour in Hindi, and that principle sits at the heart of everything we do. Our kitchen team draws on family recipes passed down through generations, combining traditional techniques with the best ingredients we can source. Spices are freshly ground, breads are baked to order in our tandoor oven, and sauces are prepared from scratch each day. There are no shortcuts.
